How do I stop getting spam emails?
Short answer: Mark junk as spam (don't just delete it), unsubscribe from real mailing lists, never reply to obvious spam, and use filters or a separate address for sign-ups.

Using the "Report spam" button trains your provider's filter. Deleting does not.
Only use unsubscribe links from companies you recognise — on obvious spam it confirms your address is active.
If spam appears to come from your own domain, someone is spoofing you. A DMARC policy of quarantine or reject stops that.
